Team Resources

This page is here to keep important team expectations, reminders, and working standards in one place.

The goal is to make things simpler, clearer, and more organized so everyone knows what is expected and how we do things at Sweet Breeze.

As Sweet Breeze grows, this page may be updated with new information over time. When something important is added or changed, I will send the link directly.

Arrival & Departure Check-In

Please always send a quick message when you arrive at a job and when you leave a job.

This helps me:

  • Know the job has started
  • Know the job is complete
  • Keep track of timing
  • Stay organized in case a client reaches out
  • Keep communication clear

A simple message is fine, such as:

  • “Arrived”
  • “Leaving now”
  • “Done and heading out”

This is expected unless I specifically say otherwise.

If You Are Running Late

If you are running late for any reason, please communicate as soon as possible.

Do not wait until the scheduled start time if you already know there is a delay.

Please send a quick message with:

  • That you are running late
  • About how late you expect to be
  • Anything important I need to know

Clear communication matters and helps avoid problems with scheduling and client expectations.

How to Send Hours

After each job, or end of day, please send your hours once the job is fully complete.

Your message should include:

  • The date
  • The property or client name
  • Your start time
  • Your end time
  • Your total hours

Please send hours clearly and accurately so everything stays organized and payments can be tracked correctly.

Photo Expectations

Some jobs may require before-and-after photos, especially when:

  • A property is in rough condition
  • There is damage, heavy buildup, or something unusual
  • A move-out or deep clean is being done
  • A special area needs to be documented
  • I specifically ask for photos

When photos are needed:

  • Take clear, useful photos
  • Focus on the areas that matter most
  • Send them as soon as possible after the job

Photos help protect the company, document work, and keep communication clear.

Important for Airbnb Properties

For Airbnb jobs, it is very important to take photos of any damage, missing items, heavy messes, stains, broken items, or unusual conditions.

This is especially important for legal and documentation purposes for the property owner.

If the owner needs to file a claim for reimbursement through Airbnb or document guest damage, clear photos may be very important.

Please make sure to:

  • Take clear photos right away
  • Document all damaged or unusual areas
  • Include multiple angles when needed
  • Send the photos as soon as possible

Proper documentation helps protect the owner, protect Sweet Breeze, and make sure important details are not missed.

Communication Expectations

Good communication is a big part of working with Sweet Breeze.

Please:

  • Respond in a reasonable amount of time when possible
  • Communicate clearly and respectfully
  • Let me know if there is a problem, delay, or concern
  • Ask questions if you are unsure about something
  • Keep job-related communication professional

If something important comes up, it is always better to communicate early instead of waiting.

Review Request Process (when needed)

At times, we may ask clients for public reviews to help Sweet Breeze continue growing.

If a review request is needed:

  • It should always be polite and professional
  • It should never feel pushy or uncomfortable
  • Not every client needs to be asked
  • I may send the request myself, or I may ask for help depending on the situation

Reviews are important, but the client experience always comes first.

The Goal

This page is here to help keep things simple, clear, and easy to refer back to when needed.

Sweet Breeze runs best when everyone communicates well, pays attention to details, and works with care and professionalism.

The little things matter here — and they make a big difference.
