Junk Removal:
Jesse will be coming to haul away larger items. We need to move the junk that is inside the house outside for pickup. Please bag smaller loose items and place them outside as well. Only remove items that are clearly trash; if something is questionable, leave it for now.

Walls and Doors:
All interior walls and doors need to be thoroughly washed. They are heavily soiled with cobwebs, hair, dust, and scuff marks, so every interior wall will require a full scrub and wipe-down. The fastest method will be using a bucket of soapy water with rags, and extension wall-scrubbing tools.

Paredes y Puertas:

This area will need to be reached with a ladder and cleaned using a vacuum.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is very greasy and will require a deep cleaning of the walls, cabinets, and ceiling. All cabinets and drawers will need to be cleaned inside and out. Appliances will be washed inside and outside, and moved away from the wall so we can clean behind them as well. Using Dawn Powerwash and warm soapy water will be key to making the cleaning faster and more effective.

Ceiling Fans, Windows, and Blinds:
Ceiling fans, windows, and blinds will need to be thoroughly cleaned. We will use a vacuum to remove dust first, followed by warm soapy water to wash and wipe them down.

We will address every detail in this home to make it clean, fresh, and very desirable for the next tenant.

For Junk Hauling, we have several large items in the back and front yard, as well as some in the garage.  Inside the home, there are things in the pantry, and kitchen, and a little in the bathrooms and shelves that will need to be bagged and added to that big haul.   The Trash Hauler is quoting $200 based on the photos I sent him, but will lower the price if considerably large items photos do not need to be taken.

Next we have the walls and doors: This will need a full scrub/ wash, as they are fully dirty with cobwebs, hair, dust, scuff marks. Every inside wall. We do recommend painting, as it is in poor condition as well, many places are spot painted.

Kitchen is very greasy and will need a deep clean of the walls, cabinets, and ceiling, as well as inside all caninets and drawers. The appliances will be washed, inside, outside, and pulled out to get behind them as well.

Ceiling Fans, windows, and blinds will need to be thoroughly washed as well:

** Toilet in master bathroom was leaking (I turned the water off and cleaned up water on floor to prevent damage to baseboards) We can replace the hardware while we are there. No extra charge.

Next, we have a closet door that looks like it is just off the track , we can repair this as well, no charge, if it is an easy fix.

There is a big dent in one of the walls , we can patch and paint this assuming you have the color paint in the garage. No charge (as long as we are there already doing the cleaning)

Miscelaneous Photos: We will catch every detail of this home and make it look very desirable to next tenant.

Overall cleaning estimate: $ 800 (Plus $200 for the Junk Removal)
***I will charge less money if it takes less time than expected, and the junk hauler will charge less if his load is less than what is shown in the photos.***

Maintenance will be included at no extra charge, since the crew will already be at the site.
